Tilda Doll

I completed my Tilda doll.  She is not as simple as she looks.  Her two dots for eyes are also not that easy to place so that the empty face looks attractive.   I added Darice doll hair and of course sewed the clothes for her.

I had looked at so many Tilda dolls on Pinterest and decided to make one too.  I admire all those other doll makers as the task is not that easy.

TIARAS AND BRACELETS IN THE HOOP DESIGNS

Tiaras and bracelets were sewn on my computerized Quattro Brother machine.  Colors and embellishments were my own based on the Digidoodlez.com purchased design.  I added charms, ribbon instead of elastic for the closure, but raw sides with pinking shears on one of them and sealed edges on the others.  I added some buttons (Joann)...and just had a great time in general making these lovely, colorful gifts.

TOYS, DOLLS AND KIDS' ROOM DECORATION.

Toy Bag to Keep Everything Inside

Sewn and embroidered to keep all the grandchildren's toys neatly inside, this foam lined bag stands well and even has a hidden cat applique inside just for fun.  (Anita Goodesign and DK Embroidery online for the pes files)

"Paper Dolls" Made of Felt (in-the-hoop project)

This wonderful project was made on my Brother Quattro.  The pes files were purchased from Newfound Applique online.

Fish Appliqued Cushion for Kids' Room / Gift

I designed this cushion/pillow cover using fish designs from DK Embroidery (Dk), and Swak Embroidery (all purchased online) on a blue background.  It has a side zipper.

Fabric baby book

The book is made with pre-printed pictures on fabric.  The crafter has to cut the pages out and sew everything together.  This is called a Huggable book and can be bought at Joann's store.

"Tilda" design Giraffe Doll

Tilda dolls of many kinds can be found in pattern  books of Tilda.  These books can be purchased online or at craft stores.
